The Consumption Voucher campaign returns one more year to El Poble Nou de Benitatxell. The Council, through the Councillorship of Commerce and Economic Promotion, launches a new call for these cheques subsidised by the Alicante Provincial Council that will have vouchers of €110 (for purchases over €150), €70 (for purchases over €100) and €30 (for purchases over €40). The objective of this initiative is to support local commerce and multiply the value of the purchases of neighbours.
Merchant Membership
Interested businesses will be able to join the campaign from October 14th to 19th by submitting the application at the Citizens’ Attention Office (Escoles Street, 2) or through the electronic office.
Vouchers Acquisition
Regarding the consumers, the vouchers of 110, 70 and 30 euros will be available to be acquired at the OAC from October 20th to November 20th, and can be consumed until December 5th at participating businesses.
Every person over 18 years old and registered in the municipality will be able to enjoy these vouchers to make their purchases in local establishments. To exchange the consumption vouchers, the consumer must go to the OAC with the invoice of the business, the voucher to be exchanged and a bank account number to proceed with the payment of the voucher.
The councillor of the area, Mayte Roldán, has highlighted the importance of giving continuity to this initiative: «We want to encourage all local shops and businesses to join this call, as it is an excellent opportunity to boost their sales. In the same way, we invite all residents to take advantage of these vouchers, which represent significant savings on a day-to-day basis while supporting and strengthening commerce in our municipality».
