The Council of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell, through the Councillorship of Education, launches a new edition of the Easter School, a recreational and educational proposal that has already become a traditional and essential event in the calendar of the municipality, repeating itself year after year to respond to the needs of conciliation of families in town.
The Easter School will provide service on April 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 13th. The schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and the activities will take place at the CEIP Santa María Magdalena.
The programme combines popular culture with craft workshops and artistic expression. Among the outstanding activities for this 2026, children will participate in the classic ‘Pasqua de les mones’, test their creativity with the workshop ‘The funniest cap of the world’ and make their own handmade board games in the session ‘Create, paint and… noughts and crosses!’, among others. These ideas seek to promote imagination and shared play in an educational and playful environment.

Those interested can sign up in person on Monday March 23rd and Tuesday March 24th, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the Citizens‘ Attention Office, or through the electronic office from Monday 23rd at 9:30 a.m. and until Friday 27th at 2:00 p.m. Places are limited, so applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The price per child is 45 euros. For the signing up to be effective, it is essential to attach the bank receipt of the payment during the process. It should be remembered that students in the municipality will have preference in the allocation of places.

Youth activities
In addition, the Youth Department has scheduled for Wednesday, April 8th, a day of Laser Tag and Bubble Soccer on the municipal football field. The activity will be free of charge and will take place between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
