For some time now, due to issues beyond the control of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell Council and changes in WhatsApp policy, the municipal WhatsApp channel has been experiencing technical problems, causing the channel and chats to crash when broadcast messages are sent.
In order to prioritise the receipt of complaints and suggestions from citizens through the usual channel and to avoid blockages, a new broadcast channel has been opened through which notices, alerts, news and events will be published as before.

As for reporting incidents, the system will remain the same as before, via WhatsApp on 690 96 55 97.
