The Urban Planning and Works Department of the Poble Nou de Benitatxell Town Council provides information, specialised advice and administrative procedures related to urban planning, permits, construction works, occupation of public roads, planning enforcement, activities and the environment.
It also handles technical enquiries and citizen services by appointment.

Procedures can be carried out in person at the OAC or online via the Electronic Office.
You must go to the OAC with a prior appointment, provide the required documentation and pay the corresponding fees.
