The service provides basic legal information and guidance, the procedures to follow in each case, according to each circumstance. It offers specialized, individualized and free care in all areas: personal, social, work, family and foreign affairs. In this sense, all citizens and families registered in the municipality can contact this service for advice on matters such as domestic violence, conflicts related to rent, property, family law, labor issues, situations of helplessness or mediation to facilitate adhering to housing plans, among others.
