The Bono Consumo campaign is back for another year at El Poble Nou de Benitatxell. The Council, through the Commerce and Economic Promotion Councillorship, is launching a new call for these vouchers, subsidised by the Diputación de Alicante with 90,320 euros. The objective of this campaign is to support local commerce and multiply the value of the purchases of local residents.
The period for interested businesses to sign up is now open. They can apply until September 4th at the Citizens’ Attention Office ( Escoles Street, 2) or through the electronic office. For consumers, the vouchers will be available at the OAC from September 16th to November 15th, and can be used until November 30th in participating establishments.
Every person over 18 years old and registered in the municipality can enjoy 4 vouchers: one of 110 euros for a minimum purchase of 150 euros (the Council pays 110 euros and the citizen pays the rest), one of 70 euros for a purchase over 100 euros (the Council pays 70 euros and the citizen pays the rest) and two vouchers of 20 euros for a purchase over 30 euros (the Council pays 20 euros and the citizen pays the rest).
To redeem the vouchers, the consumer must go to the OAC with the invoice from the shop, the voucher to be redeemed and a bank account number to proceed with the payment of the voucher. This procedure can be carried out until December 5th.
The councillor of the area, Mayte Roldán, encourages local businesses to join this call, of which the participating businesses will be published once the deadline for adhesion is over.
