Rubén Soto Jaramillo and Jesús Hernández Ruiz have joined the local police of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell this week, reinforcing the staff and municipal security.
The mayor, Miguel Ángel García, the councillor of Citizens Security, María José Ivars, and the head of the Local Police, José Vicente García, welcomed them and wished them well in their work in the municipality. ‘We are a small town, but there is never a lack of work,’ said the mayor.
With the new members, the local police force has 15 officers. They join after the process of setting up a job bank for Local Police Officers for provisional employment, through which it is expected that more officers will join in the upcoming months.
